I am Oluwatomiwa but I go by ‘Shenkes’ which is a Warri slang for pretty lady, a 5’4 writer/ journalist living in Nigeria plus I am the founder of the Euphoria blog.
I am an avid lover of books, movies and music; the basic things the blog is based on, I enjoy writing my thoughts about the shows/movies, music and books I come across so I decided to make a blog of it. I can promise you entertainment on every articles out read here.
I work tirelessly to crate amazing contents for my readers and I hope you (that is reading) will appreciate my work and maybe become a fan. I am always open to collaborations.

EUPHORIA as in “ecstasy” was formerly known as Random Reviews with Shenkes as a book blog in 2021. It is still a book blog but I have just decided to incorporate more categories like the Movies/TV Shows, Music, Celebrity and the BL categories.
Here on Euphoria, you can find all sorts of reviews, buzz and news around the world especially in our motherland, Nigeria that will spice up your days and keep you informed and entertained.

How the books are rated:
5 stars: The book is so amazing, I think you should drop all you are doing and check it out!
4.5 stars: The book is better than good and it comes highly recommended.
4 stars: The book is good and you should check it out.
3.5 stars: The book is just okay.
3 stars: The book is okay but it could have been better.

How the movies are rated
10 stars: I think these ones are masterpieces or just the ones I really enjoyed. It has stunning acting, fascinating plots and they are highly recommended.
9.5 stars: They are really good as well.
8.5-9 stars: These ones are good to watch; good acting, great plot, minor flaws. They come highly recommended.
7.5- 8 stars: They are okay to watch, the plot is bearable. Might not rewatch but will recommend.
7.5 stars: Neutral/ Average
0.7 stars: I would probably want my time back; so watch them as fillers
